Chris Masciantonio founded The Masciantonio Firm after spending over three decades working in the public and private sectors. Chris started his career as a lawyer for United States Steel, and while in that position was asked by then Governor Tom Ridge to join his administration as the Deputy Secretary for the Department of Labor and Industry. In that role, Chris worked with the Governor to help create an environment that encouraged economic growth and supported family sustaining jobs. Following his public service, Chris returned to United States Steel where he served as the company's chief lobbyist for state government affairs.

Throughout his career, Chris has worked closely in a bipartisan manner with leaders and members in State Legislatures, Governors, Cabinet Secretaries, Commissioners, and leaders in business and labor throughout the country. A highly skilled attorney and lobbyist, Chris has successfully represented one of the country’s largest steel manufacturers before government agencies and elected officials at state capitals on complex legislative, public policy, and regulatory issues, including:
